As you watch this video of the waves rolling in and out at sunset, let yourself be in a sacred space. A space that's just for you. A space that replenishes and refreshes you. 

Match your breathing to the ebb and flow of the tide. Inhale slowly, deeply, to your toes. Exhale slowly, feeling all the tension in your body vanish with your breath. Focus on the beauty of the setting sun, and the peace of this place. Repeat as often as needed until you're ready to return to "being mom" - calm, centered and ready to love.
