Kindness Matters & It’s So Easy to Share (Whether It's Big or Small Acts of Kindness)

Kindness encompasses so much goodness and it’s so easy to share. It can make a difference to someone you love or a complete stranger.

  • It can be as simple as a smile or a thank you.
  • It can be patience while you wait, whether for an always-late friend or a long line while shopping during the holidays.
  • It can be sharing small talk with a stranger.

Kindness doesn’t have to be a grand gesture, though it can be that, too.

We never know what is going on in someone’s life, and sometimes even those closest to us might be struggling. Being kind could make or break their day, and worse, their spirit.

Be kind even when you’re feeling upset or annoyed and see how it boomerangs right back to you. Yes, the best thing about kindness is that it is contagious.

Kindness matters every day, but with the holidays approaching pay extra care to those around you.

Give the gift of kindness.
