Adrenal Fatigue Help: A Spicy Virgin Bloody Mary Adrenal Cocktail Recipe by Jacob Teitelbaum
Salt restriction is a terrible idea if you have adrenal exhaustion. Salt supports the adrenals, which are the "stress handlers" in the body. How do you know if you’ve got adrenal fatigue?
Symptoms of adrenal fatigue include:
- Intense irritability when hungry.
- Low blood pressure.
- A tendency to collapse physically, mentally and emotionally when you’re under too much stress.
My virgin Bloody Mary is a quick fix that’s easy to make using tomato juice or V8 and a splash of olive juice. To make this non-alcoholic mocktail recipe you will need a lemon, sea salt, tomato juice, olive juice, prepared horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and celery. Cheers.
