You only need a few ingredients to create homemade peppermint candy. Here is your short and sweet shopping list: coconut oil, honey, peppermint oil, green food coloring and chocolate chips. Not too complicated at all, right?

  1. Blend coconut oil, honey, mint and optional food coloring together to form the inside of mint patties. Mix well.
