Stephanie Cannoe is a yoga and meditation instructor, Reiki and sound healing practitioner, writer, and she has a Master's degree in Community Psychology and Counseling.
Her passion is focused on well-being, spiritual growth and healing. Stephanie's personal experiences, trauma, and spiritual growth has led her to approaches that help support a calm nervous system. She believes as we relax and open to receive intuitive consciousness guides us.
Stephanie lives in Upstate NY with her husband, two son's, cats Cupid and Snuggles and dog Maisy. She loves hiking in the Adirondack Mountains and downtime with a good book.
