It’s easy for breastfeeding moms to feel stressed trying to juggle many responsibilities on so little sleep, but stress hinders milk production. The less stressed you are the better the quality and quantity of milk you produce. 

So, take people up on their offer to bring you a meal and remember life will go on if the bathroom gets a little dirty. Take some deep breaths and think about this time with your baby instead of that “to-do” list.
