Introducing Finger Foods: 3 Signs That Your Baby May be Ready for the Real Thing!

You don’t need to wait until babies have teeth before offering finger foods. After starting solid foods at about 6 months, most babies are ready for finger foods by 7 months, if not before. Many won’t have teeth. Here are three signs that Baby may be ready for finger foods!

  • She can bring food to her mouth using her hand.
