DIY Intention Jar Activity: A Fun Way to Put Your 2023 Dreams Into Motion

The new year is always an opportunity to re-inspire our dreams! To refocus on the intentions that will set in motion the visions we hope to live.

Looking ahead, perhaps you're inspired to begin this year differently, to start each new day with your intentions at heart. To look within, rather than setting goals and monitoring your progress and behaviors. If so, this practice will inspire you in itself!

You'll need:

  • jar
  • paper
  • scissors (optional)

Here's how to do it:

  1. Write down the good happenings in your life each day, if possible.
  2. Place the notes in your 2023 intention jar.

At the end of the year you can see all the wonderful seeds that were planted and what became of your heart's desires. The purpose is to stay aligned with the energy of your intentions, which is alive and this energy will move with you as you change throughout the year. But with your intention in mind, you will be firmly holding the reigns and able to adjust your sails!

May the energy of your intentions take root and blossom this year!
