Making your own salad dressings is a great way to save money and have fresh natural ingredients ready in an instant. This fresh and healthy lemon and dill salad dressing recipe is great for lettuce salads and pasta salads. One of my favorite ways to use it is in my roasted cauliflower, quinoa and feta salad.

To make this quick and easy lemony dill dressing you will need just six ingredients. Here is your short shopping list: lemons for juicing, red wine vinegar, honey, dried dill, fresh garlic and extra-virgin olive oil. The ingredients are shaken or whisked together. So quick and easy!

This low-sodium 10-minute salad dressing would also be a great marinade for seafood or chicken. How will you use it?
