Creamy Greek Salad Dressing Recipe Is Better Than Bottled by Donna John

Creamy Greek Salad Dressing Recipe Is Better Than Bottled

Did you know that a Greek salad is also called a horiatiki salad? I didn't, either! Whatever you call it, this popular salad is usually made with cucumbers, red onion, tomato, feta cheese and olives, and drizzled with a Greek dressing. I've had Greek salads with oil-based dressings and also creamy dressings like this one.

This creamy Greek salad dressing recipe is fresh and delicious. The low-sodium salad dressing is made with healthy, wholesome ingredients. Once you taste it, you won't buy bottled again! Here is what you need to make this gluten-free Greek salad dressing: one lemon for juicing, white wine vinegar, honey, fresh garlic, plain Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil and optional fresh herbs.

Use this creamy low-sodium, Mediterranean-style salad dressing on that iconic Greek salad, on spring mix salads, on garden salads or even pasta salads.
