You can change the seasonings depending on how you are serving the chicken. Don't be afraid to try this air fryer recipe – you won't be disappointed!
These gluten-free chicken thighs cook in about 18 minutes in your air fryer and require just a few simple ingredients. Here is what you need to grab to make these moist chicken thighs: kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano or Italian seasoning, onion powder and chicken thighs.

- 4 boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and skin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe Notes
- You can use bone-in, skin-on thighs. Just increase the cooking time a few minutes on each side and start with the skin side down.
- Internal temperature of chicken should be 165 degrees F when done.
- This recipe can easily be doubled for four servings.
Here's how to make it:
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl place chicken thighs and spices. Use clean hands to coat them.
- After preheating spray the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and place seasoned chicken inside.
- Cook on 380 degrees F for 16 to 18 minutes, turning over halfway through.
