Grilled Raspberry Peach Chipotle Pork Chops Recipe Will Have You Asking for Seconds

I have been grilling pork chops for more than 30 years, and have tried just about every sauce available. These raspberry peach chipotle pork chops are by far my family's favorite.

To make these grilled pork chops you will need minimal ingredients, which is always a good thing. Here is your shopping list for these sweet and savory pork chops: thick pork chops, a dry rub or the ingredients to make my homemade pork chop seasoning (see Recipe Notes) and a bottle of raspberry peach chipotle sauce. The pork chops are seasoned with the dry rub and then slathered with the sauce as they grill.

I cook these pork chops outside, but you also could use an indoor grill. Serve these juicy chops for dinner with your favorite side dishes.

Ingredients

  • thick pork chops (at least 3/4 inches thick)
  • dry rub seasoning or homemade pork chop seasoning (see Recipe Notes)
  • raspberry peach chipotle sauce (see Recipe Notes)

  • Use 3/4- to 1-inch thick pork chops.
  • Do not overcook the first side. You want some time to cook and thicken the sauce on the second side.
  • I heat my grill to 350 to 375 degrees F and cook the pork chops for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Use an instant read thermometer to make sure the internal temperature has reached 170 degrees F.
  • This would probably work well on chicken, too.

Here's how to make it:

  1. About an hour before grilling, season both sides of the pork chops.
  2. Preheat grill to 350 to 375 degrees F. Grill first side for about 10 minutes or until you just see a little bit of juice on the top. 
  3. Turn the pork chops over and put about 2 tablespoons of the raspberry peach chipotle sauce on each pork chop. Close lid and continue grilling another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 170 degrees F.
