Air Fryer Peaches Recipe: Sweet 4-Ingredient Baked Summer Peaches by Jan Mostrom

Air Fryer Peaches Recipe: Sweet 4-Ingredient Baked Summer Peaches

There is so much to love about summer – the weather, the beach and the abundant supply of fresh fruits and vegetables available around me. I find myself strolling the aisles of my local farmers market to see what looks delicious and is ready for my week of cooking. Voilà! The week it was fruit: fresh peaches.

What I love about this air fryer peaches recipe is that it's low sugar and relatively healthy (if you leave the ice cream off!). The fresh summer peach recipe is ready in about 20 minutes. This is a great light summer snack or dessert that's easy on the wallet and waistline.

All you need to make these air fryer baked peaches is fresh peaches, butter, ground cinnamon, brown sugar and olive oil. Serve these delicious sweet juicy peaches warm with or without vanilla ice cream.

Recipe Notes

  • Try this easy recipe with fresh nectarines.
  • Cut up the cooked peaches and put on top of vanilla ice cream.
  • For some crunch, sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. If you don't have a preheat button, just turn air fryer on at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. While preheating, cut peaches in half and remove pit. Brush with a bit of olive oil.
  2. Place face down on the rack in the air fryer. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Blend butter, sugar and cinnamon together while peaches cook.
  4. When the 10 minutes is finished open drawer and gently turn them over. Add butter mixture into the place where the pit was and return to the air fryer for 3 to 5 more minutes.
