Sprinkle some Parmesan on top before baking it in the oven for about 30 minutes. The result is a creamy, colorful cabbage side dish recipe that fits into your low-carb lifestyle.

This easy gluten-free cabbage casserole recipe goes well with so many dinners! Serve this cheesy baked cabbage with chicken, pork, beef, lamb or seafood. It would even be a delicious vegetarian dinner with a side salad.

I made this for lunch. We love cabbage and this took it up a notch. I added a few things; Canadian bacon, mushroom, sesame oil, queso, garlic, seasoned pepper. The egg held it all together. It was delicious.
