This no-bake recipe takes no time to make. The cookies are cooling on the counter in minutes. This is a sweet cookie. So if you don't like really sweet desserts, you may want to try our nutty banana oatmeal cookies, coconut oatmeal cookies or chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. (They all have three ingredients!)
To make this easy no-bake peanut butter oatmeal cookie recipe you will need butter, granulated sugar, milk, oatmeal, quick-cooking oats and vanilla extract. You will have to cook the ingredients for a couple minutes in a saucepot on the stove, but after that it's just having patience while they set up on the counter.
