Recipe Notes

  • If you're good at making pizza dough, use your hands to stretch the dough instead of using a rolling pin.
  • You can freeze the dough to use later.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the yogurt and flour, starting with 1 cup of the flour. Mix together. Keep adding flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
  2. Put the dough onto a floured work surface. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes, adding more flour if needed.
  3. Use a rolling pin and roll out the dough.
  4. To make a pizza, add desired toppings and bake in a preheated 450-degree F oven for about 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Sounds so easy. I must lookup a way to "create" self rising flour at home. I think there is a way, for when you haven't remembered to buy some at store.
