I'm having trouble making myself eat breakfast. What a great option this is! Healthy and so easy. Beth Aldrich, CHC, AADP, CNT , could you make this the night before a refrigerate? That would make it really convenient.

I want to know if there's some current info for this recipe can you use gluten free our blueberries only option can you use raspberries or strawberries or blackberries and can you use oat milk and also a assistant everyday option should you eat oats 3 days a week at the minimum thanks for any information
