Working as a partner at Jem Realty Management, Inc., he has helped secure numerous deals and overseen many development projects on existing properties. He loves learning about architecture and construction and is particularly proud of some of the historic properties his company has acquired. In his free time, Alan is interested in cars, electronics, and music, and he also loves giving back to his community and supporting small businesses whenever possible.
